Shungite in history.

Shungite is an ancient natural rock formation (two billion years) that has an unusual composition and structure. It has unique properties and is found only in the Zazhoginsky depot in Karelia. Locals have always used shungite in water and have seen its benefits for centuries without really understanding why.

Science of Shungite.

Shungite was found to be 30 times more effective than coal at removing harmful substances from water. This includes substances such as heavy metals and other contaminants that are often found in drinking water.

Another exciting discovery about Shungite in recent years has been that it contains pure carbon atoms called "fullerenes", which are molecules similar to footballs that give this stone its absorbent, neutralizing and purifying properties.

Elite Noble Type I.

Contains between 95% and 100% carbon. This is the purest type of Shungite. The Shungite Elite is very fragile and therefore cannot be shaped.

Normal type II shungite.

Contains between 35% and 80% carbon. All objects with shapes such as pyramids or jewelry are made of ordinary Shungite.

There are other types of low-carbon Shungite, which is why I and II types are used for home and personal protection.
